Black Bean Smoothie

This is super!

1/2 c black beans with their potlikker
1/4 avocado
2 medium florets cauliflower + 1/4 tsp mustard seeds (any color) to release goodness inside cauliflower
1/2 banana
11 oz coconut water
Juice of 1 key lime (or try a spash of any citrus you like)
Pinch of salt and of cumin
